📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Marketing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers • Partner with Marketing leadership to define role requirements • Build and maintain marketing talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and marketing-specific communities • Design, run, and continuously improve company-wide new-hire onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days • Manage onboarding paperwork, orientation, systems access, first-week schedules, and 30/60/90-day check-ins • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system • Coach hiring managers on interview processes, scorecards, and candidate evaluation • Ensure professional, timely, and well-communicated candidate experiences • Partner with the HR Generalist and HR Operations Coordinator on the offer-to-Day-1 handoff • Track and report recruiting and onboarding metrics to the Chief People Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including marketing or creative roles • Demonstrated experience designing or running new-hire onboarding programs • Comfort using an ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and onboarding cohorts simultaneously • Experience recruiting for DTC, ecommerce, or CPG marketing teams preferred • Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting preferred • Background in HR operations or generalist work preferred • Experience building onboarding content such as playbooks, welcome guides, and training schedules preferred • Ability to work in the Eastern or Central time zone preferred
