📋 Description

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for assigned positions open in the United States and Canada • Develop job advertisements and recruitment materials • Post and maintain advertisements on career websites and other media platforms • Source potential candidates via job boards, resume databases, and social media • Utilize referral channels to identify qualified candidates • Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles, and the full-cycle recruitment process • Screen resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience • Organize and schedule interviews and conduct and report on first-stage interviews • Develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities and maintain an effective talent pool • Maintain applicant and interview outcome databases using the applicant tracking system • Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand position requirements, business, and recruitment needs • Advise hiring managers on industry talent acquisition trends and the job market • Develop awareness of PSI business and functional areas to target and hire the best talent • Act as a point of contact for job candidates, promote the PSI employer brand, and ensure a positive candidate experience • Provide progress and analytical recruiting reports to hiring managers and Training & Resourcing • Determine the effectiveness of current recruiting processes and implement improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experience • Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus • Experience using applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, and/or candidate management systems • Knowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methods • Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices • Must not require a work visa for employment or continued employment now or anytime in the future
