📋 Description

• Post open positions to the careers page, job boards, applicant tracking system, and other sites as needed • Review incoming resumes and applications and flag qualified candidates for hiring managers • Partner with hiring managers throughout the process, keeping them informed and supporting decision-making • Support the offer process by helping build, communicate, and extend offers • Complete onboarding and administrative tasks so new hires are fully set up on day one • Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for candidates and hiring managers • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in Greenhouse and other HRIS systems • Support occasional candidate sourcing as needed • Travel approximately 3 to 5 times per year for team meetings, training, or in-person events

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a healthcare setting, or 1 year of recruiting experience in any industry combined with a healthcare background • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Service mindset and ability to provide excellent support • Strong organization and follow-through • Ability to manage high-volume roles, multiple priorities, and multiple hiring managers • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • High School diploma or equivalent required • Ability to sit or stand at a computer workstation for extended periods • Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse • Ability to communicate effectively by phone, video, and in writing • Must reside in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho
