📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements • Provide guidance on recruiting best practices • Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through professional networks, social platforms, recruiting technologies, and targeted outreach • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer acceptance • Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience • Develop and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and track performance • Support continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition • Represent and promote the KE employer brand at networking events and career fairs • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates • Support long-term talent pipeline development

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or enterprise-level hiring • Experience managing high-volume or complex recruiting initiatives • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Strong understanding of hiring best practices and candidate experience strategies • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable insights • Tech-savvy with experience in social recruiting and modern sourcing strategies • Experience in proactive sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or similar platforms • Experience in the construction/manufacturing industry or craft labor recruiting preferred • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for long periods • Ability to work in outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds • Must be authorized to work in the United States
