📋 Description

• Consult with potential customers to match Truvista Fiber services to their needs and create loyal, profitable customers • Take inbound calls from potential and existing customers • Follow up on sales leads and make warm calls to potential customers to close sales and meet sales objectives • Solicit and sell new or upgraded services to new and existing customers • Track and follow up on sales leads, close new sales, and process customer upgrades • Collaborate with Truvista Fiber sales and operations team members to generate sales leads • Review existing customer accounts to identify and close mutually beneficial sales and service upgrade opportunities • Provide customer service and process orders for service installation, activation, or service changes • Determine service charges, collect deposits, prepare change-of-address records, and issue discontinuance orders • Handle customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1 year of related experience and/or training • Industry experience and sales experience preferred • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus • Must meet work-from-home requirements for bandwidth, environment, and office set-up • Residents within Truvista Fiber service areas in South Carolina and Georgia preferred • Ability to calculate adjustments, discounts, pro-rata amounts, percentages, and apply basic accounting concepts • Solid operating knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and order processing software • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, listen, clarify, answer questions, and compose professional business correspondence • Ability to work assigned shifts with reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
