• 2–5+ years in inside sales, business development, or demand generation • Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts • Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or CX solutions (AWS preferred) • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a collaborative sales environment • Highly proactive and self-motivated • Strong organizational discipline • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders • Data-driven approach to outreach and pipeline • Team-oriented mindset
