📋 Description

• Design, develop, and own end-to-end implementation of high-stakes prototypes and production-ready solutions • Drive technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI, machine learning, and frontier-technology experimentation, validation, and integration • Establish code-review governance and improve engineering standards • Mentor peers and elevate code quality • Communicate technical concepts, architectural decisions, and project velocity to executives and engineering peers • Navigate ambiguity and pivot technical strategies based on requirements, user feedback, and market dynamics • Enable rapid experimentation in partnership with the ETI tech lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 12+ years of professional software development experience • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go • Experience with React or Angular and/or Node.js or Springboot • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies and selection criteria • Mastery of agentic coding workflows, advanced development tools, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and LLMs • Hands-on exposure to LLM, AI, or machine learning principles or projects is desired • Deep knowledge of AWS or Azure and distributed-systems design principles is desired • Ability to ramp up on new technologies and iteratively build solutions is desired • Experience in remote or globally distributed teams is desired • Open-source or technology-community contributions are desired
