📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end experience strategy for Twin Health's mobile app • Invent interaction patterns for agentic AI in healthcare • Identify and drive mission-critical design initiatives with significant scope and long-term timelines • Shape product roadmaps across teams with a design-led perspective • Lead design strategy across interconnected member journeys from onboarding through long-term behavior change • Concept, prototype, and validate novel design patterns balancing AI agency with trust, transparency, and control • Lead complex initiatives end to end and consult across smaller-scale efforts • Drive innovation workshops and ideation exercises • Set the quality bar for interaction design, visual design, copy direction, and systems thinking • Translate clinical complexity and AI-generated insights into intuitive, motivating experiences • Own information architecture, interaction design, visual design, copy direction, and user validation • Identify and influence resolution of visual, accessibility, and interaction issues • Build and steward Twin's design system and establish reusable agentic design patterns • Mentor designers and cross-functional partners • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and executive leaders • Define and run research, turning qualitative insights into actionable design decisions • Communicate and defend novel design concepts to clinicians, engineers, and executives • Influence business health, product direction, and design culture • Evolve how design functions at Twin • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product/UX design experience • Portfolio demonstrating the highest level of craft across interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking • Demonstrated experience designing agentic AI experiences • Proven ability to design 0-to-1 and create original interaction patterns • Highly inventive and creatively courageous, with industry-referenced work • Recognized thought leader in design • Expert communication and storytelling skills • Ability to negotiate with and persuade leaders at all levels • High degree of independence and ingenuity • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field — or equivalent experience • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa • Nice to have: hands-on LLM prompting experience • Nice to have: experience with AI transparency, explainability, or human-in-the-loop interactions
