📋 Description

• Own the operational engine driving Twin Health's virtual practice • Ensure clinical supply reliably meets member demand and maintain 90–110% utilization • Build and run supply–demand models, forecast demand, and adjust staffing and scheduling • Own care-team supply and operational delivery supporting enrollment, including onboarding visits, sensor support, and human backup to automated steps • Ensure onboarding visits are staffed, completed, backfilled, and recovered when missed or failed • Ensure on-demand sensor support is staffed and available • Ensure human coverage supports failed or incomplete automated enrollment steps • Maintain active multi-state clinical licensure and credentialing compliance • Structure clinical supply across contractual, population-based, client-growth, and innovation demand drivers • Partner with HR on absenteeism, workforce reliability, and coverage • Own scheduling templates, visit types, practice reporting, operational dashboards, licensing, and credentialing support • Keep daily virtual-visit loss rate below 20% • Own operational finance, budget planning, COGS, headcount approval, and finance reporting • Partner with Care Team Operations, HR, Finance, Product/Analytics, and manage teams responsible for practice operations and capacity readiness for new partner launches • Convert monthly demand forecasts into monthly headcount forecasts and track hiring plans

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in healthcare operations, including significant experience leading virtual/telehealth or multi-site clinical operations at scale • Deep workforce-management and capacity-planning expertise — supply–demand modeling, forecasting, scheduling, and staffing ratios • Experience forecasting demand and delivering care-team capacity behind an onboarding or enrollment function • Track record owning an operational budget/COGS and headcount planning, with fluency in unit economics • Experience building and governing practice infrastructure — scheduling systems, visit-type/appointment design, and operational reporting or dashboards • Strong data fluency and ability to partner effectively with analytics • Experience partnering with a growth or enrollment owner • Proven cross-functional leadership across clinical, HR, finance, and product/technology • Experience scaling operations for growth and standing up capacity for innovation and new programs • Excellent people leadership and experience managing multi-layer operational teams • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Ability to build independently with Claude is a plus • Experience in value-based care, chronic or metabolic care, or digital health is preferred • Familiarity with clinical workforce tooling and telehealth delivery platforms is preferred
