📋 Description

• Build high-performance, secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications for clients, clinicians, and internal users • Build and integrate new architectures, frameworks, and technologies • Enhance and optimize current systems with new features and increased stability • Collaborate with Product, Clinical Operations, stakeholders, and cross-functional teammates • Understand client journeys through care and architect software supporting best-in-class therapeutic experiences • Build innovative products combining human expertise and technology to transform the mental health space • Gain understanding of the codebase and application workings • Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, scope definition, and technical specification • Own and deliver large cross-functional projects • Mentor junior developers and drive architecture and technical planning decisions • Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and testing • Translate product ideas and specifications into actionable work and scope

🎯 Requirements

• Tenured experience working in a startup environment (think ownership, agility, and innovation) • Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude • Experience working with our stack (Node/Express, Python/Django) or similar • Experience with containerization (Docker or otherwise), Kubernetes, or similar is a plus • Low ego and strong orientation to cross-functional work and stakeholder collaboration • 5-6+ years of engineering experience owning projects and building scalable products • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
