📋 Description

• Design and implement Python solutions using AWS cloud computing capabilities • Develop and iterate on AI- and LLM-based workflows • Collaborate in an agile environment to enable team success • Create proofs of concept, prototypes, data-analysis solutions, and production solutions • Apply security best practices throughout software development • Review solutions with peers to ensure maintainable and extensible delivery • Share knowledge with and learn from colleagues across the company • Work in a fully remote, diverse engineering team • Independently identify and solve problems and question assumptions • Participate in peer code reviews • Create and execute manual and automated tests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years in professional software engineering, with at least 5+ years in backend development; comparable experience considered in lieu of degree • 5+ years of experience writing production-level Python APIs and applications • Demonstrated success and experience with architectural design and documentation of complex systems • 2 years’ experience developing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or other LLM frameworks • Practical experience designing, deploying, and tuning production systems using AWS cloud computing technologies • Proficiency with APIs, microservices, asynchronous tasks, ORMs, and task queues • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases • Experience tuning and troubleshooting Linux-based systems • Proficiency with unit, integration, and functional testing • Enthusiasm for Scrum and Agile methodologies • Ability to work in a fully remote team • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including with non-technical colleagues • Ability to creatively solve problems and learn quickly and independently • Eligible to obtain a clearance
