• Provide quality support to users by responding to end-user inquiries • Resolve problems associated with telecommunications networks, computer hardware, and core business applications • Isolate problem sources • Work with internal telecommunications, system operations, application development teams, and vendors to resolve problems • Follow up with users to ensure problem resolution • Develop and maintain documentation of all activities
• High school diploma or equivalent • One or more years of experience in the telecommunications or applications programming field or job-related experience • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications • Basic knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment, systems, and vendor capabilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously • Good verbal and written communication skills • Elavon or Talech experience preferred • Ability to work shifts within operating hours of 6:00 AM–11:15 PM Eastern Time, Sunday through Saturday • Ability to complete 6–8 weeks of training, Monday–Friday
