📋 Description

• Claim sessions for customers using the Truck Share 24/7 program • Review customer sessions for accuracy and answer customer questions • Determine the proper course of action using instructional materials • Make outbound calls to verify alternate contacts • Communicate with customers efficiently and courteously by phone or chat in Spanish and English • Ensure compliance with U-Haul policies to retain customer loyalty and prevent recurring objections • Review telephone, mail, and internet procedures and respond to assigned customers within specified time frames • Listen to, document, and resolve customer concerns when able • Assist multiple customers simultaneously through online sessions and inbound phone calls

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English • Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English • Inbound call/phone experience; high-volume experience highly preferred • 1 year of phone customer service experience • Technically savvy preferred • Logic, reasoning, time management, and facial recognition skills • Proficiency, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously through online sessions and inbound phone calls • Reasonable and predictable attendance • Must be available for 25 hours per week • Must work Saturdays and Sundays, including 6 hours each day • Must be available to work holidays • Must have a quiet, private work area at home • Must be present for training classes or meetings with camera on and microphone unmuted • Dependent and child-care arrangements must be made as if working at a U-Haul site • All work duties and education must be performed at the employee's home address • Windows 11 operating system • Minimum 16GB RAM; 32GB recommended • CPU benchmark score of at least 6,000; 10,000 recommended • SSD with at least 5GB free space • Webcam, external or built-in • Wired USB headset • Internet ping under 100, download speed at least 50MB, and upload speed at least 5MB • Required application materials: computer specs test screenshot, facial recognition assessment score screenshots, and completed Tech Skills and Game Criteria Assessments • Applications not accepted from residents of CA, CO, MD, MA, OR, RI, WA, the District of Columbia, or outside the US • U-Haul will not hire or re-hire nicotine product users in Arizona and other listed states
