📋 Description

• Conduct daily lecture and tutoring sessions in writing, math, reading, social studies, and science for prospective students • Complete timely progress and planning reviews for each HSE student • Maintain comprehensive records of student progress • Manage and instruct HSE students in group sessions covering content-specific examination areas • Provide individualized tutoring and remedial instruction • Observe and evaluate student work, provide feedback, and suggest improvements • Present lectures and conduct discussions using visual aids such as graphs, PowerPoint, and classroom response systems • Administer standardized oral, written, or performance tests to measure progress and evaluate learning effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field required • One year of previous relevant tutoring experience required • Advanced bilingual Spanish proficiency required • Knowledge of local, State, and Federal HSE regulations and testing procedures • Knowledge of General Education curriculum at the high school level • Knowledge of basic arithmetic • Proper English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure • Knowledge of data management systems such as Campus Vue, CRM, and McGraw Hill • Knowledge of test administration procedures • Experience with MS Office • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • Two to three years of teaching (blended learning), training, counseling, or testing-environment experience preferred
