📋 Description

• Lead assigned Renewables proposal efforts from intake through final submission • Plan proposals, develop schedules, coordinate stakeholders, develop documents, support estimates, facilitate reviews, and manage final production • Review RFPs and client requirements to identify missing information, compliance needs, scope clarifications, subcontractor needs, and RFI items • Research, analyze, write, edit, and organize accurate, persuasive, client-focused proposal content • Prepare proposal development plans, manage assignments and communications, and organize proposal responses • Support estimate development by initiating drafts, identifying inputs, aligning scope with assumptions, and tracking updates • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Field Services, Project Management, Legal, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and other stakeholders • Facilitate proposal kickoff, Pink/Green, Red, and Gold reviews • Set up and maintain Teams folders, group chats, Loop components, RFI logs, review trackers, and schedule reminders • Manage comments, revisions, approvals, signatures, and final PDF production • Coordinate proposal packaging, electronic submission, and delivery • Support proposal closeout, reusable content identification, content updates, and lessons learned • Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal workflows, tools, templates, databases, libraries, and documentation • Manage or facilitate subcontractor proposal elements as needed • Lead opportunity-specific internal meetings • Participate in development of new processes, efficiency tools, and databases • No supervisory responsibilities; perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management, engineering, technology, renewable energy, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2–6 years of experience in proposal development, project coordination, project management, technical writing, estimating support, engineering support, or related work in Power, Renewables, infrastructure, or consulting environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, documents, and stakeholder inputs • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and influence without direct authority • Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams • Openness to evolving technology and AI tools • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S. • Preferred: experience supporting proposals in renewable energy, power delivery, engineering consulting, utility, EPC, or infrastructure markets • Familiarity with Shipley color review processes or similar methodologies • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Loop, Templafy, proposal databases, or related content management tools • Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Illustrator is a plus • Experience supporting scope and fee proposals, qualifications-based proposals, cost estimates, resumes, org charts, compliance matrices, or client-specific proposal packages • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent people skills and relationship-building ability • Strong business acumen in project management, proposals, and consulting engineering • Client-centric behavior • Ownership, follow-through, accountability, proactive communication, quality, attention to detail, and collaborative problem-solving
