📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, verification, entry, and management of supplier details, including hotel markup, travel advisor commissions, room data, and fees • Ensure accurate and timely entry of product information into UJV’s database • Collaborate with sales agents, answer supplier-detail inquiries, and resolve booking discrepancies • Manage content updates, including general information, itinerary descriptions, and terms and conditions • Work with suppliers and internal departments to troubleshoot system errors, incorrect bookings, and other operational issues • Conduct quality assurance checks on data and provide solutions to discrepancies • Manage special projects assigned by supervisors to improve processes and operational efficiency • Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager or designees

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in hotel product setup, travel agency operations, or inventory management • Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues • Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs • Google Workspace proficiency • Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) or CRS/CMS tools highly valued • High level of independence • Strong multitasking abilities • Exceptional attention to detail and 100% data accuracy • Full professional fluency in English, written and verbal • Degree in Tourism, Business, or Tech is a plus • Candidates located outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement and responsible for managing their own social security and taxes in accordance with their home-country regulations
