📋 Description

• Set up Uniguest platforms to meet prospects’ business needs in collaboration with design, technical, and sales teams • Work with end-clients and resellers to conceptualize, create, and present solutions for assigned projects • Envision, model, and provide initial models and UX/UI designs for evaluations • Articulate and document technical architecture, including deployment details and interfaces with other platforms and applications • Identify and document business and stakeholder requirements for strategic projects • Create solution maps tailored to client needs or identify suitable products, APIs, and interfaces • Support Commercial teams with product positioning, technical specifications, and statements of work for proposals and agreements • Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle to increase project conversion rates • Collaborate with professional services on integrations between Uniguest and end customers • Act as system architect for client UX/UI integration efforts and create diagrams when needed • Respond to RFPs and RFIs as part of the bid team • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and communicate Uniguest’s values and differentiators • Assist with small, ad-hoc UX/UI projects for live clients • Assist with training and certification of channel partners • Maintain knowledge of Uniguest’s product portfolio and technical architecture • Monitor hospitality and technology industry trends and identify Uniguest’s modern technology advantages

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consultant role • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Background working with web API integrations • Prior experience or knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Visual design skills for creating graphics and menus matching end-client expectations • Command of HTTP core concepts, authentication mechanisms, and formal data structures • UI/UX implementation experience in HTML/CSS or other technologies is a plus • Proven technology skills • Outstanding interpersonal abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving capabilities • Positive, service-oriented approach • Willingness to travel as needed
