📋 Description

• Design and implement data architecture and infrastructure aligned with business objectives • Collaborate with Application Engineers, Product Managers, Solutions Architects, and cross-functional teams • Develop, create, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines for efficient data warehouse loading • Test, monitor, and optimize pipelines and ETL solutions for reliability, performance, and scalability • Collect and validate high-quality data • Ensure data integrity and maintain data governance standards • Champion data democratization and accessibility to well-documented data • Guide engineering teams on technical and data engineering best practices • Contribute to system and platform architecture • Support onboarding of new customers to data products • Participate in team on-call rotations • Partner with Solutions Delivery, Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, and Enterprise Services • Address, resolve, and support data-related technical issues and requirements • Enable data collection, processing, and delivery for healthcare and social care stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience designing, building, and operating data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments • Proven experience building, designing, or optimizing data pipelines using Snowflake • Experience with data transformation tools such as DBT • Expertise architecting and optimizing batch and streaming data pipelines • Advanced SQL knowledge, including complex query authoring and relational databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, and Postgres • Strong proficiency in Python for building, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines and services • Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Apache Airflow • Exposure to or experience with AWS services such as S3, ECS, and RDS, including cloud-native data platforms • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker • Exposure to or experience with Kafka • Experience developing or delivering data platforms or applications for large enterprise clients • Background or previous engagement with healthcare and/or social determinants of health data products, including healthcare claims and clinical data pipelines • Experience designing high-performance, reliable systems and operational best practices • Exposure to or experience with data quality frameworks • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or data user tools such as Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot, or Sigma • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including leading technical investigations • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • Must pass a background check including criminal, employment, and education verification
