📋 Description

• Own and grow direct revenue across Mid-Market and Enterprise RMG development studios in North America, selling editor licenses and professional services • Build on and expand relationships within an existing book of business • Act as the senior commercial relationship owner with C-level, Director, and Procurement decision makers • Develop and implement strategic account plans • Build pipeline by targeting studios developing slot titles across land-based and iGaming sectors • Own end-to-end sales cycles from first outreach through close • Partner with Unity's Product, Marketing, and Partner Engineering teams to help shape future RMG solutions • Represent Unity at customer onsite meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with slot development studios • Background in the RMG or gambling space • Proven track record of pitching, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals • Working knowledge of compliance and licensing rules across different regions • Ability to navigate multi-part deals spanning several business units • Ability to build trust and grow a network at conferences and industry events • Ability to represent Unity at customer onsite meetings • Effective written and verbal communication with senior commercial audiences • Curiosity about North American and global gaming market dynamics, including regulatory shifts and competitive offerings • Based in North America (Nevada preferred) • Experience using forecasting tools like Salesforce and Clari • Proficiency in G-Suite • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
