📋 Description

• Build the single system of record for IT's portfolio with shared program-health definitions • Understand and maintain owner, status, target date, blocker, and business-rationale information for approximately 100 programs • Run the weekly portfolio review, prepare pre-reads, drive open items to closure, and follow up on risks • Map cross-team dependencies and surface them as managed risks • Own intake governance and provide decisions on new requests within a week • Partner with IT Planning & Delivery leads and program managers to build and operate a program office • Build reporting, dependency-analysis, and risk-detection workflows using AI

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years running programs or portfolios in a technology org • Demonstrated complex program management experience, including building or rebuilding a portfolio system of record • Habit of using LLM assistants and agents such as Claude as a default way of working • Sound judgment about when AI is not the right tool and discipline verifying AI output • Strong PMO tooling fluency • Enterprise IT fluency, including ERP, identity, integrations, ITSM, and compliance • Clear, compressed executive writing • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to identify risks proactively • Jira, Confluence, and AI app-building platforms such as Lovable are nice to have • Experience at a company that scaled through a step change is nice to have
