📋 Description

• Test basic billing-system updates and enhancement requests before live-environment implementation • Test basic projects for billing, charge capture, and other RCM operations products • Maintain and update billing-system dictionaries • Complete and maintain payer eligibility setup accurately and promptly • Manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollment processes from initiation through completion • Support sub-committees and partner with RCM operations on process improvement and special projects • Assist with special projects and other assigned duties • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent • 2-4 years of healthcare experience required • Associate’s degree in business administration or related area preferred • Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems • Knowledge and understanding of insurance processing, guidelines, laws, and EOBs • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and workers’ compensation rules and guidelines • Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills • Ability to write, read, and speak English • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness and ability to follow direction and/or company policy as directed by management • Proficient multi-tasking capabilities and problem-solving skills • Ability to adhere to policy in the maintenance of confidential information • Ability to meet stated physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation • Occasional standing and walking; frequent sitting and hand/finger movement • Ability to use office equipment (in office or remote) • US Anesthesia Partners, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities without regard to protected characteristics
