• Monitor, maintain, and support servers and other IT infrastructure components • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues • Assist in setting up security measures, including antivirus solutions • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and installations • Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps • Provide advanced technical support to end-users • Lead or participate in IT projects, including deployment of new technologies and systems
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in IT systems administration or a similar role • Proficiency in Windows Server environments • Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V • Proficiency in networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP • Proficiency with cloud services such as AWS and Azure • Strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to perform the listed physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation • Occasional standing and walking • Frequent sitting and hand/finger movement • Ability to use office equipment in office or remote • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus but not required
