📋 Description

• Lead and work alongside a team of software engineers developing highly available web/mobile applications and integrations • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain web/mobile applications and custom integrations • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables • Participate in architectural discussions • Ensure technical feasibility and optimize solutions • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices • Develop complex features and user stories hands-on • Lead creation of automated pipelines and oversee and participate in deployments • Troubleshoot and resolve production and non-production issues • Lead and mentor software engineers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in computer science, or relevant experience • 4+ years of proven experience leading a team of software engineers • 4+ years of full stack development experience • 5+ years working in a development team creating and delivering custom web and mobile applications • Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services • Experience in version control systems and CI/CD pipelines • Mastery of developing serverless REST APIs using C# in Azure • Strong expertise in SQL, relational database systems and NoSQL databases • Strong expertise in front-end frameworks React/React Native, JavaScript, HTML and CSS • Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes • Proficiency in unit testing, end-to-end testing and load testing frameworks • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Terraform • Must comply with company policies, standards and workplace safety requirements
