📋 Description

• Drive the IT strategy for global planning applications, including Kinaxis, Talend, and MDP • Understand the functional and technical capabilities of planning applications, user needs, and business processes • Manage deployment of project deliveries and enhancement requests • Participate in project work and represent planning applications from functional and development perspectives • Build working relationships with Planning IT and Kinaxis COE teams • Gather end-user enhancement requirements and develop standardized, harmonized requirements • Manage, document, escalate, and resolve issues • Develop and implement Kinaxis and integration-tool resources for project and run-related enhancements • Develop and deliver training for COE and IT team members • Document test results and solutions and support change management • Coordinate testing, data validation, and planner data input during deployments • Anticipate business and system needs and initiate gap-closing activities • Provide technical oversight and guidance to Planning IT and Kinaxis COE teams • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Kinaxis Maestro functional and development experience • Integration tool development experience required (Talend, MDP or other) • Knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory and related business processes required • 8-12 years of experience, preferred • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Relational database and SQL skills preferred; Oracle or Access database experience a plus • Data analysis and scripting skills preferred • Linux/Unix skills preferred • SAP APO, ECC or S4 experience preferred • Ability to grasp complex issues with incomplete, conflicting, or unclear information • Ability to steer stakeholders toward a common goal and arbitrate decisions • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work autonomously in an international context
