📋 Description

• Build applied AI applications using existing Large Language Models with a focus on high accuracy • Construct services to ingest structured results • Collaborate with engineering, product, and subject matter experts to identify innovative AI uses • Build models and services that ingest data, extract key information, and surface insights • Develop tooling for model training, evaluation, inference serving, monitoring, and alerting • Create new model training pipelines using current ML frameworks and open source tools • Design and build microservices • Identify, extract, transform, load, normalize, cleanse, and validate data from disparate sources • Design and implement database schemas, optimize queries, and manage database performance • Prioritize tasks, manage resources, and communicate with non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, product managers, and designers • Develop production-ready software, APIs, database integrations, and AI-driven applications for estate planning workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of relevant work experience • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or Javascript • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms for chat and API interfaces • Deep understanding of machine learning and AI technologies • Ability to design, train, and implement machine learning models • Knowledge of natural language processing techniques for automation • Production experience with scalable AI infrastructure and best practices • Experience with AI observability, monitoring, and signaling using tools such as LangChain or LangGraph • Hands-on experience with RAG and chunking for LLM performance tuning • Experience with LLM orchestration tooling and decision frameworks • Experience or exposure building agentic capabilities and workflows • Experience or exposure with evaluation testing frameworks • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations • Experience building microservices and understanding their tradeoffs • Database schema design, query optimization, and database performance management • Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions • Ability to handle ambiguous or undefined problems and think abstractly • Effective organization, prioritization, resource management, and communication with non-technical stakeholders • Ability to collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, product managers, and designers • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
