📋 Description

• Partner with mission and engineering leaders to build a system for managing customer delivery against 9-figure deals • Fill capability gaps needed to execute customer and product priorities • Build core business and operational systems and lightweight processes for company scalability • Build and tailor tools, processes, and AI agents across finance, customer delivery, recruiting, onboarding, HR, and vendor/contract management • Design systems that other functions can operate independently • Prioritize senior and specialized roles and develop plans to identify, attract, and hire talent • Partner with recruiting to execute hiring plans and onboard exceptional employees • Develop the business and operating model for a high-growth customer/mission area • Analyze strategic investments and design infrastructure for tracking strategic goals • Identify broken processes and build improved solutions • Partner with finance and engineering to understand cost structure and improve business performance and end-user experience

🎯 Requirements

• ~5-10+ years of relevant work experience • Experience executing and building new things • Background in national security, management consulting, or a high-growth startup • Experience with recruiting and building strong teams • Experience scaling commercial and business operations • Experience supporting new business growth • Ownership and autonomy in delivering outcomes • Ability to operate with ambiguity and exercise sound judgment • Ability to design lightweight, efficient processes and tools • Comfort designing AI agents for ongoing business processes • Strong cross-functional project execution • Ability to quickly build credibility with senior leaders
