📋 Description

• Design and build services for vault infrastructure, event indexing across 15+ chains, risk-calculation data platforms, real-time position tracking, and multi-chain orchestration • Own AWS cloud architecture, including deployment, scaling, graceful failure, and maintainability • Build fast, correct, and auditable data pipelines for complex multi-protocol DeFi strategies • Improve system observability and operability through monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and oncall-friendly architecture • Design data flows and boundaries between on-chain and off-chain systems • Write technical design documents and communicate architectural tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Evolve production infrastructure from founder-dependent operations to scalable engineering practices • Collaborate with the team as a design partner for next-generation platform infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience with AWS in production at scale • Experience designing and operating high-availability production systems handling real load • Strong systems engineering fundamentals • Experience building event-driven architectures, data pipelines, caching layers, and high-throughput API services • Fluency with Terraform, CI/CD, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code • Excellent communication skills, including writing design documents and explaining architectural decisions • Experience with systems that scaled beyond their original design • Blockchain data experience, event indexing, on-chain state tracking, reorgs, and multi-chain consistency preferred • DeFi or crypto infrastructure experience preferred • Experience with Rust or Python in data-intensive contexts preferred • Experience building or operating multi-tenant platforms with isolation guarantees preferred
