📋 Description

• Quickly gain an understanding and working knowledge of Veregy’s technology products and building automation solutions • Design, implement, test, and optimize software applications to improve client energy and operational efficiency • Analyze user needs and workflows • Identify and recommend upgrades to existing systems and programs • Create flowcharts and diagrams illustrating intended infrastructure workflows • Document design decisions • Analyze large amounts of data and build data pipelines to enrich user experience • Develop custom machine learning approaches to digest large data sets and recommend operational improvements • Assist engineering and project teams with design, programming, and commissioning of software solutions • Assist project teams with design and construction documents related to software solutions • Respond to and rectify customer issues or occupant comfort complaints in a timely manner • Perform other duties as assigned • No supervisory responsibility at this time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering—Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field • 0–3 years in building automation system design and implementation • 0–3 years in software development • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities • Detail-oriented multitasker • Excellent written, verbal, and diplomatic communication skills • Strong collaborative skills and ability to collaborate with other engineers to solve complex problems • Outgoing, energetic self-starter • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Experience with at least one CAD or 3D modeling software • Experience with Python, JavaScript, and AWS cloud infrastructure • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • May require some travel
