📋 Description

• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee records within Rippling HRIS. • Manage the People Ops inbox and handle tier-one inquiries regarding onboarding, verification of employment, benefits, and leave. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate person for resolution. • Support HRIS reporting and internal metrics. • Support accurate and timely administration of semi-monthly, hourly, and contractor payroll. • Assist People and Finance teams with state and federal filing requirements. • Help create and maintain job descriptions for classification and compensation compliance. • Gather data for annual reporting, RFPs, and audits. • Maintain benefit plan documents and distribute SPDs, SPCs, and required legal notifications. • Maintain Sparrow and manage leave requests in accordance with company policy and regulations, including FMLA, maternity/paternity leave, bereavement, jury duty, paid/unpaid time off, and general leaves of absence.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient with Google Drive tools, including Sheets, GMail, Docs, and Slides. • 2+ years of experience in People Team or a service-related role. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize daily responsibilities. • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally in accordance with departmental policies. • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills to ensure the completion of assigned tasks. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and cross-functionally. • Experience working in a high-paced startup environment or SaaS environment.
