📋 Description

• Support the Solution Leader with munitions subject matter expertise for training and enablement of the Virtualitics Readiness AI platform • Serve as an embedded Virtualitics representative at multiple customer sites • Assist the Solution Leader with day-to-day end-user relationships • Act as the primary training and enablement point of contact • Provide customers with technical operational knowledge to leverage Virtualitics AI products • Represent customer needs internally and escalate pain points to engineering and product teams • Deliver hands-on training and enablement for customer mission integration • Coordinate on-site technical operations with the Virtualitics Solution Leader • Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback and ground truth • Plan customer onsites, including office space, equipment readiness, logistics, scheduling, and resource coordination • Assist with customer classified engagements • Drive adoption of Virtualitics Readiness AI solutions through relationship-driven engagement • Uphold Virtualitics’ brand, image, and values through professional conduct and consistent service delivery • Support personnel compliance tracking, including clearance status, NDA completion, CAC management, and training requirements • Travel up to 50% to assigned customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in or directly supporting Department of War munitions operations • Demonstrated technical aptitude with data platforms and analytics tools • Ability to translate technical capabilities into operational outcomes • Experience operating autonomously in demanding environments with minimal supervision • Judgment and initiative of an experienced SNCO or O-3/O-4 officer with munitions experience • Strong problem-solving skills and track record of delivering results under aggressive timelines • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to travel and work onsite at customer sites, including CONUS and OCONUS locations • Must be able to maintain a Secret security clearance • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Ability to obtain a security clearance • Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable on-the-job munitions storage experience may substitute for the degree • Active Secret clearance preferred • Prior military service as an SNCO (E-7 to E-9) or officer (O-3 to O-4) highly valued • Domain expertise in Department of War munitions operational areas, including stockpile, storage, and warehousing • Experience as a Field Service Representative, Forward Deployed Engineer, or embedded technical advisor in a defense technology company • Familiarity coordinating multidisciplinary teams across classified and unclassified environments • Experience identifying risks and optimizing cross-team collaboration in fast-paced operational settings • Comfort with operational readiness workflows, security compliance, access management, and personnel tracking • Previous experience serving on a Service’s major command staff, such as MAJCOM or equivalent, supporting munitions OT&E functions
