β’ Build a high-availability Proxmox environment using Ceph/ZFS for persistent storage and OVS/Linux Bridges for networking. β’ Perform the end-to-end installation and lifecycle management of OpenShift (UPI/IPI) on the Proxmox hypervisor. β’ Implement IGT-compliant security standards using OpenShift Service Mesh (mTLS), RBAC, and the Compliance Operator. β’ Configure CSI drivers to provide automated, dynamic volumes (replacing AWS EBS) and integrate with Keycloak/AD. β’ Act as the technical anchor
π― Requirements
β’ Deep experience with OCP administration and cluster hardening. β’ Proficiency in KVM/QEMU, Ceph storage engineering, and Proxmox APIs. β’ Advanced Terraform and Ansible skills for 'Infrastructure as Code' on local hardware. β’ Strong grasp of SDN, VLAN tagging, and load balancing in a data center environment.
