📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery • Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and high availability • Develop and maintain Helm charts for containerized application deployments • Manage and support production Kafka environments • Partner with development teams to improve application reliability, security, and performance • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements • Monitor system health and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes • Lead technical initiatives and recommend platform improvements and architectural enhancements • Define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, performing root cause analysis • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and platform reliability • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise IT environments • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Route53, KMS, and Secrets Manager • Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments • Proficiency creating and maintaining Helm charts • Experience supporting and administering Kafka clusters • Recent experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines in production environments • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud architectures • Experience working within Agile software development teams • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills • Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation • Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • AWS or related cloud certifications are highly desirable • Eagerness to continuously learn and expand technical expertise • High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership.
