📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using modern technologies and platforms • Build and support applications using .NET, Visual Studio, Xamarin, Azure DevOps, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams • Explore emerging technologies and platform architectures to create engaging application experiences for donors and customers • Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance teams to deliver software solutions • Collaborate with end users to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet needs and project goals • Perform cross-browser, desktop/mobile, and unit testing • Develop and maintain documentation according to software development standards, policies, procedures, and best practices • Contribute independently and collaboratively as part of an Agile development team • Communicate effectively and build working relationships with technical teams, business partners, and end users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Three years of work experience required • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems and object-oriented programming required • Understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies required • Experience with ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and Entity Framework • Experience with API-based software development and RESTful application services • Experience with object-relational mappers, SQL queries, and database interaction • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts and practices • Some experience with Azure DevOps source control software preferred • Experience in web programming and with Content Management Systems and Web UI/UX preferred • Experience developing structured code for integration into larger systems and documenting work for maintenance preferred • Experience with Kentico CMS and MVC framework preferred • Proven experience with web accessibility best practices preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Ability to perform assigned duties and responsibilities successfully • Good customer service skills and ability to work well with other departments and clients • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Analytical, statistical, personal organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active team member
