Vroom is a company that has recently announced the discontinuation of its e-commerce operations and the winding down of its used vehicle dealership business. It has expressed gratitude toward its customers, employees, and partners for their support throughout its operations. While Vroom is shutting down certain aspects of its business, its subsidiaries, United Auto Credit Corporation (UACC) and CarStory, will continue to operate and focus on growth within their respective markets.

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, optimization, enhancement and maintenance of Workday and other HR Operations systems • Identify process enhancement and technology optimization opportunities • Research and minimize problems and pain points • Partner with vendors on technology roadmaps and release upgrades • Participate in the Workday community and advocate for Workday within the organization • Configure Workday core HCM and supporting modules, including Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Integration and Performance • Gather and define business requirements, evaluate options, design and implement solutions, manage change and drive user adoption • Create, edit and prepare reports, analytics and dashboards • Provide hands-on Workday training to HRIS and support teams • Mentor and provide functional leadership to HR Operations and People & Culture colleagues • Create training and knowledge base materials and deliver training • Troubleshoot end-user issues, remediate problems, assist with technology requests and manage escalations • Maintain organizational data accuracy and integrity through audits and cleanup initiatives • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors • Prepare, test and process EIBs • Manage security roles and permissions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience supporting, administering or configuring Workday across multiple modules • 7 years cumulative experience in HR, IT or another business analyst function • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, complex problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Skilled communicator with well-developed listening, verbal, written and presentation ability • Strong prioritizing, project management, planning and organization skills • Ability to serve multiple customers effectively • Experience with advanced reporting, analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker is a plus • Adaptability in a fast-paced, virtual environment
