📋 Description

• Lead Customer Set Up activities for an assigned account segment, including customer data implementation, maintenance, contract setup, and ongoing support • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Set Up Specialists • Serve as the primary operational leader for assigned accounts • Provide regular updates, performance reporting, issue resolution support, and action planning to stakeholders • Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, implementing standardized processes, and monitoring measurable outcomes • Monitor team performance against SLAs, quality standards, productivity metrics, and departmental objectives • Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Revenue Management, Operations, and Contract Administration teams on onboarding, contract execution, maintenance, and renewals • Coordinate customer and contract setup activities while ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and operational standards • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams • Lead resolution of complex customer data and setup issues involving customer master, material master, contract pricing, sales orders, invoicing, and billing • Support enterprise contract renewals, amendments, and new customer implementations • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders for operational execution and customer data management

• Experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location may influence the specific salary offered • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required to travel by air for business or access federal property • Ability to lead customer data implementation, maintenance, contract setup, and operational support activities • Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Set Up Specialists • Ability to monitor SLAs, quality standards, productivity metrics, and departmental objectives • Knowledge of customer master, material master, contract pricing, sales orders, invoicing, and billing-related processes • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Revenue Management, Operations, and Contract Administration teams
