📋 Description

• Manage areas of responsibility across technical functional areas or lines of business with minimal direction • Set direction for operations and change-the-business initiatives • Apply knowledge of disparate technology for strategic enterprise use • Provide direction to the team • Communicate high-level technical impediments, crises, timelines, and SLA progress • Partner with key stakeholders for planning and execution • Meet deliverable target dates and expected timeframes • Plan technical infrastructure, architecture, application systems, and related business processes • Direct daily, quarterly, and annual planning for the group • Identify opportunities to enhance and deliver technology • Drive functional change through incremental and step changes • Identify and solve reactive and proactive issues beyond the team • Determine and develop technology best practices • Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks • Remain current on technology and methods for cost-effective business solutions • Coordinate training to ensure departmental staff have appropriate skills and information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 1 additional year of experience related to functional area • Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports • In-depth knowledge of the primary technology area • Strong demonstrated people skills and technical visionary skills • Prefer experience managing multiple technology functions • For remote roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Employees have access to sensitive personal information and must follow Information Security and Privacy Policies • Must be eligible to work in the United States based on the posting location
