📋 Description

• Develop customized solutions within Salesforce, primarily using OmniStudio and Flex Pages • Design solutions for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement aligned to Federal programs • Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Flex Pages, and Lightning Web Components • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical Salesforce solutions • Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation within OmniStudio • Develop and customize Velocity templates for personalized content and communications • Test and debug OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions • Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and team members on integrations with existing Salesforce environments • Stay current with OmniStudio and Flex Pages features and best practices • Provide training and support to end-users • Optimize implementations as business needs evolve • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog with stakeholders • Integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce • Architect enterprise data integration and governance strategies • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau • Enable AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI solutions • Support enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring initiatives • Serve as a technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs and OmniStudio • Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Ability to solve high-level software and application issues • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Salesforce development lifecycle • Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Salesforce OOB, OmniStudio, Flex Pages, Data Cloud, Power BI/Tableau, Salesforce Einstein/GenAI, and enterprise analytics platforms • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, code documentation, and test classes • Ability to architect enterprise data integration and governance strategies • Ability to translate business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
