📋 Description

• Manage intake, qualification, and routing of Salesforce opportunities • Partner with sales and operations to match client requirements with the correct internal departments • Route and assign personnel to active pre-sales pipeline opportunities based on predefined criteria • Read, review, and interpret RFPs, manufacturer specifications, technical journals, and installation scopes • Extract due dates and vital project details • Identify and categorize local contracts, nationwide rollouts, and multi-site deployments • Use approved AI applications to analyze large documents and assess opportunity fit • Maintain evolving knowledge of company practice areas, organization, and technologies • Perform daily data entry, triage tasks, and problem-solving • Meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work under pressure with minimal oversight

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid Driver’s License • Mastery of Salesforce, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Teams • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret mathematical or diagrammatic instructions • Proficient written and verbal English communication • Ability to present technical information effectively • Introductory knowledge of wired and wireless data/voice networking • Introductory knowledge of physical security systems, including cameras, alarm panels, and door access control • Introductory knowledge of Audio Visual systems • Introductory knowledge of local and commercial electrical services • Preferred: 2-year or 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Management Information Systems • Preferred: 1–3 years of experience working with a systems integrator • Preferred: Experience in technical and proposal writing • Preferred: Current US Passport
