📋 Description

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards • Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members • Handle escalations and collaborate with store leadership • Motivate teams to meet project timelines and deliverables • Encourage collaboration and teamwork among associates • Resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns • Own project execution in assigned stores • Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders • Understand plans and minimize impact on store operations • Supervise and develop team members through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and identifying career paths • Evaluate talent and act on associates' ideas, suggestions, questions, and concerns • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity standards • Implement related action plans and support the Open-Door Policy • Build stakeholder relationships and partnerships • Identify business needs and implement necessary processes and practices • Monitor progress and results • Recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities • Adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities • Travel to projects across the US and surrounding states or farther as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in those areas • Associates must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments • Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design • Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams • Primarily working overnights; night shifts average 10 to 12 hours • Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home • Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or 17-21 days at a time • Reliable transportation • Project Management - Management Professional Certification is preferred • Master's degree in Business or related field is preferred • 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred
