• Lead all people functions in alignment with Everise policies, ethical and social responsibilities, applicable laws, and regulatory authorities • Design, develop, execute, and govern the organization’s Human Resource strategy • Partner with executive leadership to align people strategy with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness • Translate enterprise business strategy into scalable HR strategies, frameworks, and operating plans • Advise senior leadership on strategic initiatives, transformation programs, regulatory changes, and organizational growth • Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies across levels and geographies • Design and govern compensation and benefits philosophies • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies • Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning frameworks • Drive leadership development, learning strategies, and enterprise-wide upskilling • Benchmark HR strategies and practices against global best practices • Advise on complex employee relations and organizational matters • Oversee HR policies, governance frameworks, and systems for operational excellence and compliance • Optimize HR information systems and workforce analytics for data-driven decisions • Coordinate HR strategies across business units and geographies • Monitor global HR trends and integrate local and international HR practices • Provide executive oversight across employee relations, communications, health and safety, relocation, and community engagement • Own the HR function budget and allocate resources according to business priorities • Evolve the HR operating model, organizational structure, and leadership capability
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior leadership exposure (SVP/VP/Head of HR level) • Proven experience leading enterprise HR strategy in complex, matrixed, or global organizations • Strong background in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning • Demonstrated experience leading transformation and large-scale change initiatives • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams • Strategic and business-driven mindset • Strong executive presence and communication skills • High integrity, resilience, and accountability • Strong leadership and people development capability • Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments • Results-oriented with strong execution discipline • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
