📋 Description

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visit questionnaires over the phone with patients • Make outbound calls to schedule and complete screenings • Accurately document patient information in EMR systems (NextGen, etc.) • Identify eligible patients and assist with scheduling • Maintain clear, professional communication with patients and clinic staff • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant • Meet daily and monthly performance expectations • Handle high call volume and maintain efficient call times • Consistently meet productivity expectations of approximately 1.1 screenings per hour

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant certification required • Previous phone-based or call center experience strongly preferred • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Highly dependable with strong time management and accountability • Tech-savvy with experience using EMRs and Microsoft Office • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Fully engaged and available during scheduled hours • Reliable internet connection required • Spanish bilingual ability is a plus
