📋 Description

• Lead training and adoption initiatives for organization-wide software implementations from planning through post-launch reinforcement • Partner with IT, business stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure smooth transitions and strong adoption • Track user engagement and report KPIs related to technology adoption • Design, develop and implement training strategies for diverse audiences and learning styles • Assess organizational training needs and identify skill or knowledge gaps • Create and maintain scalable user guides, e-learning modules, job aids and quick reference materials • Serve as a resource for internal and external technology users • Manage and facilitate partner one-to-one training for advanced technology support • Facilitate hands-on software training for end users, super users and leadership in-person and virtually • Track participation, completion and training effectiveness • Implement continuous education strategies to reinforce adoption and measure effectiveness • Champion change management to reduce resistance and increase technology engagement • Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure delivery on time and within scope • Partner with department leaders to align training initiatives with organizational priorities • Oversee end-to-end new user onboarding to organizational technology solutions • Supervise and coach team members • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth • Remove barriers to team success • Develop and track goals aligned to organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience, required • 4+ years' experience in technology adoption, implementation, training or related areas • 2 years’ in a leadership role preferred • 3 years' experience in healthcare field, preferred experience in value-based care • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills • Ability to analyze and translate data into actionable strategies • Strong time management and organizational skills • Able to meet assigned deadlines • Attention to detail and facilitator skills • Collaboration with Product Management in an Agile environment • Continuous improvement mindset • Experience with Learning Management Systems • Experience tracking and reporting to stakeholders • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Forms, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint • Proficiency with virtual webinar platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex
