📋 Description

• Receive fuel requests via email or phone and confirm details with clients • Enter orders into the GA order entry system (OTS) and lock in pricing • Arrange fuel deliveries with preferred carriers and confirm successful completion • Resolve logistical issues and recommend alternative solutions • Work closely with Supply, Accounting, and other departments • Ensure timely deliveries and exceptional customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) • 1–6 months of experience in dispatching, customer service, or communication roles preferred • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotating weekend shifts for on-call coverage • Must be located on the East Coast • Preference of being located in/around Tampa, FL
