📋 Description

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the company’s IT infrastructure • Lead and manage the infrastructure team, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network, server, storage, and cloud infrastructure • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of IT systems and networks • Manage infrastructure projects within budget and timeline constraints • Establish and enforce infrastructure management and security policies, procedures, and standards • Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance and implement improvements • Assess industry trends and emerging technologies • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Proven experience designing and managing complex IT infrastructure, including cloud environments • Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management, storage solutions, and cybersecurity practices • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and professional development • Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects • Regular availability during Eastern Time business hours • No third-party recruiters or staffing agencies
