📋 Description

• Support recruiters in the job placement and new-hire process • Prepare offer letters and new-hire packets, including first-day instructions, benefits information, drug-testing forms and required-document lists • Coordinate with pre-employment vendors to finalize drug and background checks • Ensure new-hire paperwork is complete and accurate before closing files • Follow up on drug screens and relocation services as needed • Partner with Compliance and Transportation Teams on background-check and motor-vehicle-report adjudications • Refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred • Specialized skills training/certification may be required • Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility • Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred • Customer-focused • Detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
