📋 Description

• Own nationwide deployment of Wing Nests, including drone charging and operational infrastructure • Execute existing deployment playbooks • Identify efficiency gaps and drive process optimizations • Hold accountability for GC contracts and material budgets • Negotiate vendor terms, enforce SLAs, and maintain audit-ready financial tracking • Manage field workflows from permit approval through operational handover across multiple concurrent sites • Refine site launch standards and improve operational tracking • Report site progress to leadership, escalate risks, and resolve inter-team bottlenecks • Provide operational guidance and mentorship to field coordinators and deployment specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, field operations, site deployment, or multi-site vendor management • Experience managing material/GC budgets, negotiating vendor agreements, and holding contractors accountable to SLAs • Experience building or optimizing deployment playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent relational trackers • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 36 months • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
