📋 Description

• Maintain and develop existing hospital clients through high levels of service • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and increase revenue • Conduct weekly outbound customer outreach calls • Conduct client care visits and build long-term customer partnerships • Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess service needs and usage trends • Formulate customer-retention strategies • Handle and resolve customer issues and concerns • Complete weekly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports • Participate in sales training, special projects, and promotional campaigns • Follow security, safety, and company policy requirements • Liaise with customers regarding product and service requirements • Establish relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned territory • Partner with the Service Manager on retention and customer issues • Debrief service issues with the Service Manager, Operations Manager, and CSRs • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the US • Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis on Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is preferred but not required; or industry experience equivalent • 4 years of account management experience • Hospital or healthcare sales experience preferred • Must reside in the greater Jackson, Mississippi area based on customer needs; North Mississippi and Northwest Louisiana also considered • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for air travel or federal property access
