📋 Description

• Respond same day to controllable and uncontrollable customer sales and cancellation requests assigned to the Inside Sales Channel • Develop and implement sales and retention strategies to maximize revenues and minimize cancellation requests and rate rollbacks • Secure updated contract agreements from customers • Handle customer sales and cancellation requests and provide ongoing education on contract details • Obtain customer contract commitments using telephone-based negotiation practices • Resolve customer service escalations within the defined territory • Generate revenue growth through consultative selling for acquisition and retention of current WM customers • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction while meeting sales and retention goals • Work with the Market Area Sales Manager to support and resolve unique customer issues • Reduce lost accounts by diffusing cancellation requests • Execute sales and retention plans to improve customer service and profitability while minimizing price rollbacks • Match WM services with customer needs using knowledge of customers, pricing, and competition • Use WM sales productivity software tools, including Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Program, Pricing Tools, Genesys, and Green Pages • Prepare complex proposals and recommend equipment optimization and leasing options • Propose solutions compliant with local, state, and federal regulations • Update and secure customer service agreements • Work from home in a normal remote setting with business/business-casual attire

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the US • High school diploma or GED (accredited) and one year of relevant work experience • One (1) year of consumer-based industry sales, with experience in customer retention • Internal requirements include nine (9) months of proven success in a position involving customer interaction • Build Relationships • Communicate With Impact • Demonstrate Professionalism • Make Sound Decisions • Think Strategically • Proficient with Computer and Software Applications • Produce Results • Know the Business • Influence and Negotiate • Manage Work/Time • Use Ethical Practices
