📋 Description

• Build and improve Wonderly’s enterprise-grade dark software factory • Develop internal tools and continuously improve development methods based on feedback • Replace external vendors with in-house software and tools • Build tooling that enables optimal operational processes and excellence • Experiment with AI-native software production methods in a semi-production environment • Use internal tools with real customers, real traffic, and complex edge cases as a test bed • Apply architectural and AI coding decisions across internal tools and production • Bring technical excellence while anticipating and positioning Wonderly for the AI-native era • Develop a roadmap balancing AI-driven change with the need to avoid low-quality software output
