📋 Description

• Develop and execute a proactive outreach program to recruit new dealers, especially in underpenetrated markets • Build relationships with dealers (even those that might not be candidates for becoming a Quench dealer) that might eventually be good acquisition targets • Pitch Quench’s indirect brands and associated programs and qualify new potential dealers • Build and maintain an active pipeline of dealer and acquisition prospects • Work collaboratively with counterparts in other departments to ensure alignment of priorities and achieve budgeted revenue and EBITDA pipeline projections for Quench’s M&A and Indirect businesses • Serve as an ambassador for Quench at industry events • Maintain regular and reliable attendance

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the POU industry • Courteous, professional, likable, and prompt, with strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written); ability to build rapport quickly with new people • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a results-driven, fast-moving environment • Ability to collaborate and use influence cross-functionally • Experience with sales quotas; familiarity with the acquisition process is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Experience with salesforce.com is a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred
